Created by Chef Sam Quick of Hampton Roads, Virginia, Levity in all its intent is to bring you closer to that feeling of weightlessness. The concept for Levity was always lingering, however the height of the change to our society in the Spring of 2020 helped push it to fruition. Combining years of experience in the culinary industry with a creative and passionate view of worldly cuisine, Levity is here for you to enjoy and leave the weight of the world at the threshold.
